In episode 13, Will guides us through a short meditation that will enable you to recalibrate your mind so that you are able to approach the big decisions of life and the many small decisions of our days with more clarity and peace. When you are able to calm yourself with breathing, focus, and gratitude, you are then able to see the options and choices in front of you. You are able to think clearly and calmly about those options and ultimately make better decisions with ease.

If you have never tried a guided meditation, we encourage you to give this one a try as it is short and made for beginners. 
This meditation is not just for decision fatigue but can also be used during a stressful day, week or season.
